We believe that business success is more than just having a vision, strategic direction, business plan, a good product or service, funding, good customer service and a competent and capable management team. Businesses that have these in place also fail. Why? We posit that executives, business owners, managers and solo practitioners fail because they self-sabotage their chance for success. They do themselves in, and they do so without knowing it.
INVITIATION: We have three questions we would love your response to:
1. Briefly, what is your best (or worst!) story about self sabotaging behavior, either personal or witnessed (please change or leave out names to respect others).
2. What are the most common self sabotaging behaviors that you catch yourself in and/or witness in your business/organization?
3. What are your key tips and techniques for avoiding and overcoming self sabotaging behaviors that bite you?
